Avocados are seasonal: ours are part of batches that are grown in high-rainfall areas like Kenya, Spain and Ecuador. They're shipped to Europe, and once they reach the port in Rotterdam, are sorted into 'beautiful' (sent to the supermarket) and 'ugly' (to be thrown away). Those uglys are the ones we rescue. We bundle them up with love and send them on their way to our factory. There, Soilmates' 100% avocado oil is pressed. bottled, and hugged with the Healthy Oil label... which is then sent to you, to be welcomed into your kitchen and into your omelette.
